Veteran Owned 3bdr/3 bath Townhouse w/WiFi 3mi to Disney - Fall/Winter Specials

Pros: This is our second time staying. Hosts are amazing. Welcoming and accommodating. We had a slight issue with the washer but it was fixed the same day - even over memorial weekend!. Brilliant.

Pros: Our recent stay at this villa was an amazing experience. We spent three weeks in Florida as a family—two adults and three kids. The villa is much larger than it looks in the pictures, and the communication with the owners is spot-on. I would happily stay here again on future trips. The location is perfect for Disney and Universal.

Perfect stays as always with amazing hosts

Pros: The location is perfect-5 miles from Disney and close to restaurants along 192. Very clean and comfortable-perfect home away from home

Excellent-booking this for next 2 trips

Pros: This property is so lovely and comfortable. The location for Disney is perfect, just off the 192 so approx 5 mins drive. We stayed as a couple and the size was great for us . Very clean and well looked after. The owners are very quick to respond to our questions. We loved it so much we have booked our next 2 stays here .

Cons: Furniture is slightly dated but it’s very comfortable

Pros: Location, comfy beds, each room has its own bathroom, and very quiet neighborhood. Owners were very nice and available for any assistance we needed.

Cons: Nothing.

Excelente casa!

Pros: A atenção do anfitrião (Chris) é excelente do começo ao fim. Toda assistência necessária é prestada com rapidez. O espaço estava limpo, organizado e com todo o necessário para que nos sentíssemos em casa. Os espaços são amplos, a climatização excelente e a piscina aquecida é uma comodidade extra que vale a pena. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. As camas são muito confortáveis. Não tivemos tempo de explorar o condomínio, mas é bem organizado, arborizado, seguro e limpo. Voltarei a me hospedar caso esteja disponível.

Cons: Você pode receber as encomendas diretamente na sua porta (endereço da casa) sem taxa alguma, mas se preferir receber na clubhouse (recepção do condomínio) saiba que cobrarão $5 mesmo que você já esteja lá quando a encomenda chegar.

Pros: I love the home.. it was beautiful, and the owners were amazingly nice and promptly fixed any issues we had.. defiantly would recommend again!!!

Cons: I didn't like that there wasn't 24-hour help, we had an issue with when we 1st got there getting in, and after multiple times calling the numbers provided, we ended up having to stay with my son.. but the owner was very apologetic and polite..

Spacious and clean townhouse

Pros: The townhouse was spacious and clean. We loved the private pool! The clubhouse pool was also great as well.

Cons: One of the reasons we picked this place was the kid amenities such as the playground and kid splash area, but both of those areas were closed.

Entspannte Woche

Pros: Schöne Unterkunft, für Familien. Disney und Universal Parks sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Cons: Die Pflasterrung um den Pool könnte restauriert werden.
